FAQ - Revolving Loan

Do I need to apply again for a re-finance after full repayment of the previous loan?

If your account type is under "revolving", the credit would still be retained even if your loan is repaid. If you want to apply for a loan, you can click to apply through the member zone or dial our 24-hour Member Hotline, 3199 1111 or visit any Promise branches.

How can I raise my revolving loan amount?

You can contact our customer service representative. Promise will analyze and evaluate the financial status of members, and approve an appropriate loan amount.

How do I check the remaining repayment tenure period after applying for a revolving loan using the 24-hour Member Hotline / the member zone on the Promise website?
