FAQ - Loan Approval and Fund Transfer

How can I check my application progress and approval result?

You may contact our Customer Service Hotline at 3199 1199 during office hours (Mon-Fri: 9:00am-7:00pm; Sat: 9:00am-5:30pm).

How to withdraw the loan?

We would transfer the loan amount through bank transfer to your designated bank account.

How long does the transfer take after approval?

In general, if you choose to receive the repayment by bank account, we will transfer the loan instantly via FPS from Monday to Saturday (excludes system maintenance period) upon completion of the application procedure.
Note: Actual time of fund transfer will be subject to recipient bank's arrangement if FPS is not applicable.
