Responsibilities

Handling phone enquiries and loan applications (No cold call is required)

Requirements

Form 5 graduate or above
Applicants with telemarketing or customer service experience will be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills, with pleasant personality
Proficiency in basic MS office, and Chinese input

Customer Services Representative (Ref: CSR)

Responsibilities

Handle loan application and related duties
Responsible for customer service and general enquiries at branch
Handle data input and other administrative work

Requirements

Form 5 graduate or above
Applicants with experience in financial institutions or customer service will be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills, Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate in English and Mandarin
Proficient in basic MS office, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese input
