▲Terms and Conditions of Privilege Offer for Selected Members

1. Selected members are entitled to the corresponding cash reward upon successfully withdraw the required loan amount in accordance with Terms & Conditions herein. Cash reward amount is shown as below.

   First Drawdown Amount	Cash Reward Amount
   HK$100,001 or above	HK$4,000
   HK$50,001 - HK$100,000	HK$2,000
   HK$10,000 - HK$50,000	HK$1,000

2. Promotion Period is from 1 December 2020 to 31 December 2020 (both dates inclusive) (hereinafter called "Promotion Period").
3. Within 30 days from loan drawdown date, selected members must make monthly repayment based on the Repayment Schedule set up along with the loan agreement to entitle the cash reward.
4. Selected members are entitled to claim the reward only where there is no delay payment on his/her own account.
5. Selected members are entitled to claim the cash reward ONCE during the Promotion Period.
6. The amount of the eligible cash reward is determined by the first drawdown amount during the Promotion Period.
7. Selected members must claim his/her cash reward from any one of our branches in person.
8. The last day to claim the cash reward is the last working day in the next calendar month after the end of the Promotion Period. All cash reward will be forfeited after 30 January 2021.
9. If the selected members fail to comply with the Terms & Conditions herein, Promise (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. will forfeit his/her cash reward entitlement without prior notice and reserves the right to ask for the return of the cash reward. For instance, if the selected members make extra payments or full payment of his/her loan within 30 days from loan drawdown date, he/she is deemed to have failed to comply with the Terms & Conditions herein.
10. In case of disputes regarding this offer, the decision of Promise shall be final and conclusive.
11. Promise (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. reserves its right to approve any loan applications and revise the above said Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
